  • How America Eats book

How America Eats: A Social History of U.S. Food and Culture (American Ways) by Jennifer Jensen Wallach

    Why I love it:

Jennifer Wallach does an awesome job at discussing the birth of foodways in America. This was a book I had to read for one of the classes in my MS program and it’s by far one of my favorites.

  • Thrive Market logo

Thrive Market (up to 40% Off)

    Why I love it:

Unpopular opinion: I prefer Thrive over TJ’s. It’s a great place to get health-conscious pantry goods at reasonable prices.

  • Navitas Organics organic chia seeds

    Chia Seeds

    Why I love it:

**This may not be for everyone** I love chia seeds because they help me with maintaining *regularity* and fullness.

  • foldable pill organizer in pin

    Foldable Pill Organizer

    Why I love it:

Isn’t this the cutest pill sorter? I love how sleek it is when you fold it up and snap the magnetic closures shut. There’s a small one and a large one. I like using the small for daily use and the large for travel.

  • Tiny Crockpot lunch warmer in pink

    Tiny Crockpot Lunch Warmer

    Why I love it:

For starters, this thing is super freaking cute! I leave the warmer at work and bring my leftovers in the inner container. An hour or so before I typically eat, I pop it into the warmer and forget about it until I’m hungry or have time to eat. It comes in super hand when I have things like soups and stews that don’t warm up as well in the microwave.

  • Vital Choice Seafood (5% off w/ code 1VCAF5)

    Why I love it:

Sustainable wild seafood is getting harder to come by. Vital Choice makes accessibility to this type of nutrition easier.
